The following information is given for those who want to stay overnight rather than for those who intend to use it as an activity space (i.e. escape room, mystery dinner, or for a yoga class etc.). If you wish to plan an activity during your overnight stay, please let us know, and we will walk you through how to book it for the date(s) you need.
About the Space
You'll have an unforgettable stay at "Downtown" Abbey, a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental condo downtown. Boasting all of the luxuries of a penthouse suite, this 2,400-square-foot home for 10 is perfect for large wedding parties or those in town for an event. Whether you spend your days exploring downtown or watching a Cardinals game, you're sure to feel right at home as you retreat to this elegant abode night after night.
With vaulted ceilings, antique-styled furniture, and top-notch amenities, this condo has a decadent 5-star feel. No matter what your group's chef chooses to whip up in the fully equipped kitchen's stainless steel appliances, you're sure to be impressed as you take your first bites. The master bedroom, complete with a wood-burning fireplace, 2 pullout couches, and a large LED TV, is a great place to get some much deserved R&R. Weren't quick enough to claim the master suite? Don't worry, the condo's other 2 bedrooms also feature LED TVs and top-of-the-line queen beds that will usher you right to sleep.

Downtown Abbey feels like a private residence because it is! You walk into the main hall and the dining room, the kitchen and all three bedrooms are visible from it.

Check-in/out instructions
Check-in is after 3 PM.
The access webpage will be sent to guests who have a confirmed reservation the day before check-in. 24 hours before your scheduled arrival, please contact your hosts to coordinate your arrival time and receive additional check-in instructions, if they haven't contacted you already. Key cards to access the building after hours can be found inside the unit upon arrival.
If you plan to arrive on a weekday, please check-in before 7pm, and for weekend arrivals you must check-in before 5pm. If you're unable to arrive before that time, don't worry, we have special ways of getting you into the space (for example, if your flights were delayed or some other unforeseen reason). Please inform the hosts of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately.
Check-out is by 10 AM.
Check-out instructions will be sent to the guest on the morning of departure. Prior to your departure, please tidy up the space by doing the following, although none of it is mandatory, especially if you're in a rush:

- Load and start the dishwasher if it's full enough
- Strip linens from all used beds, and leave them in a pile on the floor by the bed
- Please leave the TV and console remotes near the TV
- Turn off all lights, electronics and appliances
- Turn off the heating or cooling
- Close and lock the main entrance door to the space

Located a short walk from downtown attractions, this condo provides unparalleled access to the best of the city. Home to iconic landmarks like the St. Louis Blues Museum, the America's Convention Center Complex, and of course, the Gateway Arch, downtown St. Louis has something special for everyone. Don't feel like cooking in the gourmet-fitted kitchen? You'll find several top-notch restaurants, bars, and eateries just a stone's throw from the condo.

etiquette (house rules)
- No smoking or no drug use of any kind. Many children use these spaces and we cannot have them smelling odd. It just wouldn't be fair to families.
- No pets allowed in this space. We do have other spaces that do allow pets, and we can even bring you a dog bed and dog-rug.
- No parties or large gatherings; smaller events considered with prior approval (please just ask us for additional information).
- No kegs or excessive alcohol.
- The person booking must be at least 21 years old, and there must always be a 21+ year old present in the space when any other group members are in the space.
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in.
- Observe quiet hours from 6 AM to 8 PM, Monday to Friday and 8 AM to 6 PM on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Please report any damages that occur to the hosts.

Parking
While your booking does not include parking, there are plenty of parking garages and parking lots within a 1 block radius all around the building, including one across the street on Olive that consists of 12 stories. Many of our guests prefer to use the pay lot south of the building. In addition, there are plenty of meters for street parking. Street parking is free after 7:00 PM weekdays and all day Sunday.
