The following information is given for those who want to stay overnight rather than for those who intend to use it as an activity space (i.e. escape room, mystery dinner, or for a yoga class etc.). If you wish to plan an activity during your overnight stay, please let us know, and we will walk you through how to book it for the date(s) you need.
about The Space
Boasting 2,000 square feet and Hogwarts-themed rooms, this 5-bed, 4.5-bath unit comfortably sleeps 24 and is ideal for hosting traveling quidditch teams or business groups. You won’t want to miss the train from Platform 9 ¾ to your own Hogwarts dorm room, a specially appointed group travel suite in central St. Louis.
You'll be within a 10-minute walk of attractions such as Busch Stadium and the Convention Center Complex for easy-access entertainment. Don't forget to take a picture with the famed Gateway Arch alongside the Mississippi River! After a day exploring the city, step inside to unwind with all the wizards of the group! Stream your favorite shows using the Roku TV equipped with an Xbox One gaming console.
When it’s time to feast, the designated chef in your group can conjure up recipes in the fully equipped kitchen with ease. Gather in the two group dining areas to toast a memorable trip over a hot meal!
Don’t forget to bring your sorting hat so everyone can easily be placed in the appropriate Hogwarts house! The Professors in your party can claim the 5th bedroom offering a full-over-full bunk bed and separate desk space.

Hogwarts Dorms has 5 bedrooms plus a Common Room:
The Common Room contains 2 sofa sleepers (one queen and one full), as well as a wet bar area. We do not keep this stocked with alcohol (but there is a grocery store on the same block).
There are 3 full mattresses, 1 queen mattress and 20 twin mattresses in this space. There are 4 full bathrooms, plus a half bath by the kitchen. The maximum occupancy is 24 people, if nobody wishes to share a bed.
The space is 2,000 square feet in size, and the property was built in 1884.
- House Room 1 (Gryffindor): One Triple Twin Bunk Bed, One Twin-over-Twin Bunk Bed, Full bathroom

The access webpage will be sent to guests who have a confirmed reservation the day before check-in. 24 hours before your scheduled arrival, please contact your hosts to coordinate your arrival time and receive additional check-in instructions, if they haven't contacted you already. Key cards to access the building after hours can be found inside the unit upon arrival.
If you plan to arrive on a weekday, please check-in before 7 PM, and for weekend arrivals you must check-in before 5 PM. If you're unable to arrive before that time, don't worry, we have special ways of getting you into the space (for example, if your flights were delayed or some other unforeseen reason). Please inform the hosts of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately.
Check-out is by 10 AM.

- Load and start the dishwasher if it's full enough
- Strip linens from all used beds, and leave them in a pile on the floor by the bed

- Turn off the heating or cooling
- Close and lock the main entrance door to the space

This prime location in downtown St. Louis is only a 10 to 15-minute walk to Busch Stadium, America's Center Convention Complex, The Gateway Arch National Park, Soldiers Memorial Military Museum, the Blues Museum, and the beautiful St. Louis Public Library to name a few. You'll also find a variety of St. Louis's finest restaurants, cafes, and bars.

House Rules
- No smoking and no drug use, even if it's legal to do so. Many children use these spaces and we cannot have them smelling odd. It just wouldn't be fair to families.
- No pets allowed in this space. We do have other spaces that do allow pets, and we can even bring you a dog bed and dog-rug.
- No parties or large gatherings - smaller events or gatherings considered with prior homeowner approval (please just ask us for additional information).
- No kegs or excessive alcohol.
- The person booking must be at least 21 years old, and there must always be a 21+ year old present in the space when any other group members are in the space.
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in.
- Observe quiet hours from 6am-8pm Monday to Friday, and 8am-6pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Please report any damages that occur to the hosts.

There are plenty of parking garages and parking lots within a 1 block radius all around the building. Many of our guests actually use the pay lot to the rear (south) of the building. In addition there are plenty of street meters. Please note however, that your booking does NOT include any parking whatsoever. Street parking is free after 7:00 pm weekdays and all day Sunday.
