About The Space
A place to be together with your group, for mindfulness and relaxation. For fun and togetherness. Our 2,323 sq ft Marvel Comics team space isn't just for comic fans! It's also excellent for wedding parties and groups attending conventions, especially a group of bridesmaids or groomsmen! Sleeps up to 24 people. Ideal for reunions, bachelor parties, office parties, wedding showers, baby showers, visiting sports teams, large family getaways and so on. 11 minute walk to Busch Stadium.
Beds & Bathrooms
1 king bed and 1 sofa bed in each of the two master bedrooms 1 and 2.
2 full beds (on a bunkbed) in each of the bedrooms 3, 4, 5 and 6.

Check-in/out Instructions
The access webpage will be sent to guests who have a confirmed reservation the day before check-in.
Check-in is after 3 PM.
24 hours before your scheduled arrival, please contact your hosts to coordinate your arrival time and receive additional check-in instructions, if they haven't contacted you already.
Key cards to access the building after hours can be found inside the unit upon arrival.
If you plan to arrive on a weekday, please check-in before 7pm, and for weekend arrivals you must check-in before 5pm. If you're unable to arrive before that time, don't worry, we have special ways of getting you into the space, for example if your flights were delayed or some other reason.
Please inform the hosts of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately .
Check-out instructions will be sent to the guest on the morning of departure.
Check-out is by 10 AM.
Prior to your departure, please tidy up the space by doing the following, although none of it is mandatory, especially if you're in a rush:

- Remove all perishable items, if in open containers
- Load and start the dishwasher if it's full enough
- Strip linens from all used beds, and leave them in a pile on the floor by the bed
- Please leave the TV and console remotes near the TV
- Turn off all lights, electronics and appliances
- Turn off the heating or cooling
- Close and lock the main entrance door to the space
Location
Conveniently located in downtown St. Louis, 'The Jedi Temple' offers an ideal home base for groups of all types. You'll be able to walk to the Convention Center Complex less than 10 minutes away!
Also within a 10-minute walk is Busch Stadium - home of the St. Louis Cardinals. Temporarily trade in your trusty lightsaber for a baseball bat and cheer on your favorite team!

Grocery Store
In the same block is Downtown's only big-chain grocery store, known as Schnucks Culinaria. This grocery store (right across the street from where you'll be staying) has a large indoor 12-storey parking garage above it.
Parking
There are plenty of parking garages and parking lots within a 1 block radius all around the building. Many of our guests actually use the pay lot to the rear (south) of the building. In addition there are plenty of street meters. Please note however, that your booking does NOT include any parking whatsoever. Street parking is free after 7:00 pm weekdays and all day Sunday.

In the same building as your space, on the ground floor, is Downtown Urgent Care, which is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Transportation
Downtown St. Louis has some great new options to get around, without using your car or a regular cab:
House Rules
- No smoking and no drug use, even if it's legal to do so. Many children use these spaces and we cannot have them smelling odd. It just wouldn't be fair to families.
- No pets allowed in this space sorry, but we do have other spaces that do allow pets, and we can even bring you a dog bed and dog-rug.
- No parties or large gatherings - smaller events or gatherings considered with prior homeowner approval (please just ask us for additional information).
- No kegs or excessive alcohol.
- The person booking must be at least 21 years old, and there must always be a 21+ year old present in the space when any other group members are in the space.
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in.
- Observe quiet hours from 6am-8pm Monday to Friday, and 8am-6pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Please report any damages that occur to the hosts.
