The elite section of a nonprofit organization, sleuthMD has one simple goal:
to use the global physician brain trust to tackle and solve the most difficult and unsolvable medical mysteries.
Any physician can join us, no matter how experienced you are. It's a way of giving back to the world. You'd be volunteering your time, your knowledge, your powers of deduction and your experience, to help a fellow human being. We started this because we know that so many physicians are simply too busy to give a lot of thought to a particularly challenging case, while at the same time there are other physicians who would love to take a look at such cases, if only as a hobby.
Obviously, any identifying features (patient name, geographic location, physicians they've already seen) will be redacted in the interests of patient and physician privacy.

Sleuth MD is an organization dedicated to attacking 'impossible' medical cases from around the world, with confidentiality maintained. We connect a constantly growing global network of healthcare professionals with the raw data from heretofore unsolved medical conundrums, drawing on millions of human-years of case experience. A patient submits their casebook to us and then we decide whether to accept the case or not. If the case has merit, all supporting data (letters, imaging, chart notes etc) will be rendered confidential by removing names of patients, hospitals, physicians and other clues to identity. Instead, the only clues are surrounding the case itself, so that anyone who chooses to tackle this case will be able to piece the jigsaw together until it makes sense.
