Work Comp
Many employers choose to send their workers to us because we:
  • Look out for both the employer and the employee
  • Have 2 locations open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year: one in the City and one in the County
  • Have onsite x-ray, laceration repair, and reduction of many fractures and dislocations
  • Include screening for chronic conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure
  • Have the lowest medical expenses in town.
  • Offer a long-term solution in the form of a capitation model allows employers to take great care of their employees while capping their work comp budget which makes them financially immune to both the frequently injured worker and the 7-10% annual increase in medical expenses.

Quality of Care

We understand that you are hurt and anxious to find out how bad your injury is and how soon you can get better and back to work. First and foremost, we listen to your description of the accident and all your concerns. We then take the time to undertake a thorough examination. Lastly, we explain in clearly and in detail what we know about your injury, the reasons for the recommendation we make, and what to expect during your recovery.

Knowing the Status of Your Workers

We understand a lot issues employers faces because we are employers too. We make sure all questions are answered clearly and in a timely manner. Paperwork is completed at the time of each visit and the worker is given a detailed note signed by the clinician explaining their status, progress, whether they can return to work on regular duty or modified duty depending upon their injury and follow up instructions etc.

How It Works
Employer Authorization Form
We must have a completed and signed Employer Authorization Form for any patient coming to us for treatment for a first-time or new injury. This can happen in two ways:
  • The patient presents it to the receptionist on arrival.
  • The employer faxes a completed and signed form to the treating center to hold on file until the patient arrives for treatment.
This authorization form, completed and signed, is mandatory. We cannot treat patients without it.

Every patient must complete and sign this form for their visit. The completed form is permanently filed in with the patient’s chart. This form (both English and Spanish versions are available) may be printed and completed in advance, or a copy will be made available when the patient/employee arrives at the urgent care location.


Photo Identification
All patients must show us their photo identification before treatment. Acceptable photo identifications include a driver’s license, work badge, or passport.


Treating Minor Age Patients
A parent or legal guardian should accompany the minor. If you are not the legal guardian, you will need a notarized statement signed by a parent or the legal guardian authorizing you to give permission for services and billing, if appropriate.

Returning to Work
We understand that with injury and pain, there are financial concerns on both sides and that both the employee and employer want to know when the injured party will be able to return to work. Many times it is quite possible to do perform light work during recovery. We work closely with employers to find appropriate ways to enable the injured to return to some modified work if possible. ​We thoroughly explore all the best options for returning the worker to modified duty, if typical work is not an immediate possibility.

​X-Rays
We can arrange an immediate X-Ray onsite at all our facilities. When higher resolution imaging such as a CT or MRI are necessary, we arrange this for you at nearby radiology clinics on a case-by-case basis.

Physical Therapy
We also can arrange for no-wait referrals in appropriate circumstances. We have no financial incentive to order Physical therapy, yet we can arrange same day Physical therapy when appropriate while most Physical therapy clinics have a long waiting list. Often, the physical therapy will be at no additional cost to your employer, depending on what arrangement your employer has set up with us.

7 Days A Week, 24 hours a day
Being available to treat the injuries after business hours is an important consideration when you have an injured worker who needs help. The perfect alternative to the ER. 

No Waiting
We understand how having and injury can make a person anxious and even more uncomfortable while waiting to be seen, so we have a set policy to take in such cases immediately. We'll deal with the paperwork afterwards.

Referrals Only When Necessary
Over the years, we have developed close relationships with a network of specialists who share our philosophy. This means the best of both worlds for the employer. Since we do not own any financial interest in Radiology, Physical Therapy or other specialties, we have no incentive to increase your costs by generating unnecessary referrals, yet we can arrange rapid referrals when truly needed.

Membership plan
